How do you ensure my treats stay fresh during shipping?
We pack our cakes, pies, and cookies in insulated shipping containers with cold packs to ensure they arrive at your door fresh and ready to eat.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes! During checkout, you can select a specific delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive exactly when you need them for a special occasion.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We offer a selection of gluten-free treats, including our Birthday Cake and cookies. While we do not have a full vegan line yet, we are always experimenting with new recipes.
How should I store my Milk Bar treats once they arrive?
Cakes and pies should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Cookies can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our hospitality team within 48 hours of delivery.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our baked goods.
