Return Process

Take clear photographs of the shipping box and the damaged product to help our quality control team investigate the issue.

Email our customer experience team with your order number and the photos of your items to initiate a claim.

Once reviewed, we will issue a store credit, a full refund to your original payment method, or ship a fresh replacement immediately.
